Welcome to Terek LLC, doing business as Terek Fencing ("Terek Fencing," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website at https://www.terekfencing.com (the "Site"), including any time you browse our pages, request an estimate, or contact us about a fence.

Everything on this Site, from the photos of our fences to the written descriptions, the Terek Fencing name and logo, and the code underneath it, belongs to Terek Fencing or is used here with permission. It is protected under copyright and trademark law.
You may save or print a single copy of our content for your own personal use, such as keeping details about a fence you're considering. This does not transfer any ownership to you, and the permission ends if you break any part of these Terms.
Anything you send us stays yours. That includes the details you enter in our contact form, the description of the fence you need, and any photos of your yard or property you choose to share. We do not claim ownership over your information or your property.
When you send us something, you're giving us permission to use it for the reason you sent it, whether that's replying to you, preparing an estimate, or carrying out the work, along with running our business. If you send us a review, you're allowing us to display it on the Site and in our marketing. Just let us know if you ever want it taken down.
Once a fence is complete, we may photograph our work to show in our project gallery, on our service pages, and in our marketing. These photos focus on the fence itself. We do not publish your name, address, or contact details alongside them. If you'd prefer we not photograph your completed project, tell us before the job wraps up and we'll respect that.

This section applies to the website only. It has nothing to do with any workmanship guarantee or warranty tied to a fence we actually build. Those are covered separately in the written agreement for your project.
We do our best to keep the Site accurate, but the information here is general and can fall out of date. Service details, timelines, and any figures mentioned are examples, not firm commitments. We may revise or correct anything on the Site whenever we need to.
You may come across links on the Site that lead elsewhere, such as our social media profiles. We do not control those sites and have not reviewed all of them. A link is not an endorsement, and anything you do once you're on another site is your own responsibility. We recommend reading the terms and privacy policy of any site you reach through one of ours.
We may suspend or cut off your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if you do not follow these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the smallest extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full effect.

The actual scope, cost, schedule, and any warranty for your fence are set out in the written estimate or agreement we provide before any work begins.
We prepare estimates in person, after we've seen the property and understand what the job involves. Any figures mentioned on the Site are starting points and can change once we account for the real conditions on site, the materials, the length and layout of the fence, and permitting. The only binding price is the one in the written estimate you approve, and each estimate notes how long it stays valid.
