Terek Fencing installs up to 100 ft of wood or 150 ft of chain link in one day, one gate included, across Vancouver, Clark County and the Portland metro. Gene and his crew plan ahead and build it with the same posts, concrete and warranty as every job. You’ll usually hear back within a day of reaching out.
In Gene's experience, most fences fail at the posts: concrete that stops below the ground, posts that are too small, and cheap materials. Here's what goes into every one-day fence.

Every post goes 2 ft deep in fast-setting concrete, finished with a beveled top so water runs off.

Grade 1 cedar or better, true 4x4 posts and treated or cedar 2x4 rails from local lumber yards, not big-box stores. Chain link comes galvanized or black vinyl-coated.

One gate comes with every one-day install, built and hung with the fence, then adjusted so it swings and latches properly. Extra gates are priced separately.

Every one-day fence carries our 2-Year Workmanship Warranty, covering shifted posts, sagging gates and loose fasteners.
One-day installs are priced the same way as any Terek Fencing fence: by the linear foot, with no added charge for the faster turnaround. A standard wood privacy fence starts at about $55 per linear foot and basic chain link at about $30, with one gate included. Extra gates are priced separately, and your number depends on footage, height and style.

Some fence jobs don't need weeks of planning. A new dog is coming home soon. A side gap needs closing before the house goes on the market. A backyard needs privacy before summer. For jobs like these, the whole fence usually goes up in a single day.
A one-day install still gets the full build. The concrete sets fast, so the crew can keep building the same day. Gene has been in construction since 2019 and today builds with his professional team.
The install itself usually takes one day. The planning happens before it, so install day is all building.
