Terek LLC, doing business as Terek Fencing ("Terek Fencing," "we," "our," or "us"), builds fences that give people a little more privacy on their own property, so it's only right that we take yours seriously too. This page explains what we collect when you visit https://www.terekfencing.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, and how we look after it. Using the Site means you're on board with what's laid out here.
There are two sides to the information we end up with.

We don't gather information just to have it. Every use has a purpose behind it, whether that's following up on something you asked for, getting your estimate and install scheduled, holding up our end on licensing and permits, or running the business sensibly, which includes keeping the Site useful and letting new homeowners know we're here. What we rely on to do this is your consent, the need to deliver a service you requested, our legal obligations, and our own reasonable interest in operating well. We won't push your information past those uses.

The Site is meant for homeowners planning a project, not for children. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us their information, tell us and we'll remove it right away.
Every so often we may update this policy to match a change in how we work or what the law asks of us. When that happens, the new version lands on this page with a fresh effective date up top. Changes count from the moment they're posted, so it's worth a look now and then.
